Rubble: An Accidental Art Installation

For a limited time, these piles of chopped up concrete are on display at the parking structure across the street from me. They could easily be in a museum or gallery and draw throngs of culturistas. But, as it is, they are just a transitional phase from what the garage was to what it is going to be. Context is everything.
